COMEC XP08 Pad Printing Machine

INKPRINT XP-08 Electropneumatic functioning pad printing machine controlled elecronically suitable for automatic handling system. Prints are very high quality and with high precision even when the print is on irregular surfaces. The electronic logic for XP-08 allows:

• Print from 1 to 5 colors with closed inkcups diam 90mm
• Print from 1 to 2 colors with closed inkcups diam 130mm
• Print from 1 to 5 colors with linear or elliptical conveyor
• Print in 2 colors with stationary piece or rotary table
• 360° print (with optional device mod. AUR-360)
• Print on 2 or more pieces at the same time
• Re-printing on the pieces to obtain a higher ink capacity

The set up of the machine is very easy and fast because the holding cliché plates are movable and assembled on guides with micrometric adjustment and +-10° rotation. All machines are equipped with hermetically sealed inkcup with ceramic rings to have a fast and easy inking of the clichè. The fixture support table with XYZ micrometric adjustment and +-15° rotation allowing fast centering of the print piece. The maintenance is very simple and the adjustments for different jobs do not require skilled operators.
